Any dog would be thrilled to live at Sunnyside, and most humans would prefer that their next life be spent as a dog there as well! We are in the groove 100%. If it’s happening, so are we! We love visitors and guests, students and children! We care for and about or fellow dogs, horses, goats, donkeys, cat and Roo. Mostly we care about Wendy. Wherever she goes, we go too!
I’m the head honcho, and Howdy is my name. I am a Cardigan Welsh Corgi. We are known as the Corgi with the tail, and are the older of the two Corgi breeds. Like the Pembroke Welsh Corgi, we are low set with heavy bone and a deep chest. We were used as stock drovers and farm dogs. We are powerful and capable of great speed and endurance, believe it or not. Plus, we are smart and easily trained. Right now, I am the only Corgi on the farm, but my Mom is DEAD SET on finding me the perfect mate.
